Dorfterror

Dorfterror are a German band formed in 2017, and what stands out first is how much they have released in a relatively short time. Their output runs from a 2019 EP through a 2022 album and a 2024 EP to two records in 2026. Titles such as Schülerpunk and No Future Kid point towards youthful restlessness and the politics of growing up, though the records themselves are the better guide to what the band is about.

The story so far starts with Schülerpunk Vol. 1, a 2019 EP that opened the discography, followed in 2022 by the album Zivilisation & Abgrund. The No Future Kid EP came in 2024, and the most recent activity is concentrated in 2026, with the EP Welt zu klein and the album Schreikinder. That bunching of releases in the last two years suggests a band that keeps its focus on making music rather than on long gaps between projects.
