Humbird

Raised on religious music and church choir singing, Siri Undlin picked up the guitar at twelve and has since built her songs from a wide range of sources. Working from the Twin Cities, she draws on the Minnesota landscape around her, and her early interest in Celtic music gave way to experimental folk. Her eclectic background and a long love of reading show up in lyrics that feel rich and considered.

Her songwriting won the Kerrville New Folk award in 2021, the same year she released the album Still Life. Her catalogue opened with two EPs in 2017, Where Else and Elsewhere, followed by the album Pharmakon in 2019. Right On came out in 2024, then the Astrovan: The Love Song Vignettes EP in 2025, and most recently the album Morning When It Comes in 2026. On tour she usually works with a trio, often including Pat Keen.
