About Lime Garden
Few indie acts wear their own label as cheerfully as Lime Garden, who call their music "wonk pop" and blend disco, pop and surf. Formed in Brighton, the group draw on influences ranging from Charli XCX to Jockstrap, and their members hail from Rugby, Edinburgh, Surrey and Liverpool. That mix of backgrounds gives their records their character.
The band met at college in Guildford and went on to study at BIMM Brighton, changing their name from LIME along the way. NME placed them in its top 100 artists for 2022, and they have since played Latitude, Reading and Leeds, and Green Man, while touring with IDLES and Yard Act. Their debut album One More Thing arrived on 16 February 2024, followed by four singles including "Love Song". Second album Maybe Not Tonight came out on 10 April 2026, preceded by its title single in November 2025 and "23", which the band call their favourite single they have recorded.
