Marina Sena

Born in Taiobeiras, a municipality in the north of Minas Gerais, Marina de Oliveira Sena began writing songs at fifteen and was already a contestant on The Voice Brasil by seventeen. Her work as a singer, songwriter and record producer has since moved between projects and genres with a restless curiosity, and her voice remains the constant thread running through them.

Her professional career started in 2015 as vocalist with A Outra Banda da Lua, with whom she released an album and an EP. After the pop group Rosa Neon dissolved in 2020, following its farewell song A Gente é Demais, she released her debut solo album, De Primeira, in 2021, launched by Me Toca. That year she took three Multishow Brazilian Music Awards, and in 2022 she received two Latin Grammy nominations. A 2023 deal with Sony Music Brazil preceded Vício Inerente, her second studio album. Her third, Coisas Naturais, was previewed by the single Numa Ilha in December 2024 and announced in March 2025, blending pop and MPB with bossa nova, piseiro and reggae.
