Oyarsa

Oyarsa are a rock band from Colorado Springs whose sound draws on post-rock, rock and shoegaze. Formed in 2022, they work in the space where the slow-building architecture of post-rock meets the washed-out textures of shoegaze and the plainer drive of straight rock. Their catalogue so far centres on the EP Lost in Familiar Places, released in 2023, which gives a clear sense of how those influences fit together. Beyond that release, the available information on the band is limited, so readers wanting more on their live work or future plans should look to the band's own channels.
