Sloe Noon

Anna Olivia Böke fronts Sloe Noon, an alternative dream pop group built around her as frontwoman and principal voice. The band was formed in Brighton, England, while Böke was studying there, and it is now based in Germany, where the project continues today. Its story begins on the south coast of England and carries on after a move across the Channel, a change of setting that the group's releases mark without changing its name.

The group itself was formed in 2020, and its first album, Embassy Court, appeared in 2021. A second album, Liminality, followed in 2022. More recently Sloe Noon has worked in shorter form, releasing the EP All Feelings, No Technique in 2025 and Principles In The Way of Progress in 2026, the latest entry in its discography, and the group remains based in Germany.
