Trisha Paytas

Few YouTube careers have stretched as far as Trisha Paytas's. Born in Riverside, California, in 1988 to a family of Greek, Hungarian and Moroccan ancestry, she has worked as a media personality, actress, singer and online creator, and her channel has ranged from fashion and relationship advice to lifestyle vlogs and mukbang eating videos. Controversy and open feuding run through much of that work.

Her early years took her to Los Angeles to pursue acting, and her YouTube channel, registered in 2007, was first devoted to Quentin Tarantino before she turned to other subjects. In 2017 she entered Celebrity Big Brother 20 and left after eleven days. Her 2019 headlining tour, The Heartbreak Tour, promoted her music. In September 2020 she began co-hosting Frenemies with Ethan Klein; the show ran for 41 episodes before she quit in June 2021 after an on-air dispute. That year she also formed and fronted the emo pop and pop-punk act Sadboy2005, releasing the EP Trigger Warning. Since July 2023 she has hosted Just Trish Podcast, which had reached about 145 million YouTube views across 200 episodes by August 2025.
