About Troye Sivan

Born in Johannesburg in 1995 and raised in Perth from the age of two, Troye Sivan Mellet began his public life singing on YouTube and in Australian talent contests before EMI Australia signed him in 2013. The Australian singer-songwriter has also built a parallel career as an actor, and critics have noticed the poise of his delivery. Pitchfork described his vocals on "My My My!" as assured, while NPR Music heard in the same track an infectious celebration of sexual desire.

His debut EP TRXYE, released in 2014, debuted at number one on iTunes in more than 55 countries and reached number five on the US Billboard 200, while its single "Happy Little Pill" peaked at number 10 in Australia. The full-length Blue Neighbourhood followed in 2015 and carried "Youth" to number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100. Bloom (2018) produced "My My My!", which became his second number-one single on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. Something to Give Each Other (2023) topped the ARIA Albums chart and yielded "Rush" and "Got Me Started", which earned him three Grammy nominations. His fourth album, She's the Best, arrived in 2026, led by its title track.
