Ude Af Kontrol

Few Danish acts wear their rough edges as openly as Ude af Kontrol, a boyband with a distinctly harder undertone. Daniel Balken, known as Balken, handles production, while Joachim Nicholas Rouse, who performs as Englando, and Mark Løvendahl, known as Munken, share the vocals. Active since 2014, the trio draws on Melbourne and bounce, two styles that give their tracks a bright, springing pulse. Their catalogue passed 200 million Spotify streams in 2020.

Their biggest song is "FuckBoi", released in 2016, which has reached 17,100,000 Spotify plays. "Velsignet (Har det godt pt. 2)" follows with 11,800,000, while "Morgenfest", a collaboration with Chriz and Heino, has reached 8,500,000. Their albums began with Kontrolleret kaos in 2014 and continued through Ufrivillig fysisk respons, BUSTUM, Under al kritik and Uforglemmelig anderledes kunst, before Bedre Sent End Aldrig arrived in 2023. The single "BoyToy" reached the top ten of Denmark's Spotify chart within five days and went to number one on YouTube.
