About Beacon Theatre
The Beacon Theatre sits at 2124 Broadway on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, next to the Hotel Beacon. It opened in 1929 as a movie palace, developed by Samuel "Roxy" Rothafel, and seats 2,894 across three levels. Walter W. Ahlschlager designed the building, with decorations drawing on Renaissance, Ancient Roman, Ancient Greek and Rococo styles. It is a designated New York City interior landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The programme currently has two upcoming shows, though none fall within the next 30 days. The soonest headliner is Shoshana Bean, followed by Lady A. Start times, prices and age rules are not included here, so check the details for a specific date before you buy.
