About Butlins
Butlins at Ingoldmells, just outside Skegness in Lincolnshire, remains a holiday camp at heart. Billy Butlin drew on a summer camp he had attended in Canada as a young man, and he watched closely how other holiday providers operated, from seaside lodging houses to smaller camps that came before his own. The site was formerly named Funcoast World.
The current programme is small, with three shows listed, two of them in the next 30 days. Shows usually start around 11:00, and two of the listed events are free. The most common age policy is 18+, so check before booking if you are bringing younger guests. The venue has also hosted three festival dates.
