About Cafe Wha?

Cafe Wha? stands on the corner of MacDougal Street and Minetta Lane in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, and is a music club with an important place in the history of rock and folk. Many performers passed through its doors early in their careers, including Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Bruce Springsteen and the Velvet Underground, while comedians such as Lenny Bruce and Richard Pryor also appeared there. That blend of music and comedy is what gives the room its particular interest.

The current programme is small, with one show coming up in the next 30 days, headlined by Bri Bagwell. Tickets are seen from US$25.72. Start times and age policy are not confirmed here, so check both before you go.
