About De Montfort Hall
De Montfort Hall is Leicester's largest venue for music and performance, and it sits alongside Victoria Park. It takes its name from Simon de Montfort, the 6th Earl of Leicester, who is remembered as the Father of Parliament, so the building carries a strong sense of civic history as well as scale.
The hall currently lists 18 upcoming shows, four of them in the next 30 days. Its main styles are pop, rock, and indie and alternative. Coming up are Boyzlife, The Stylistics, The Proclaimers, Australian Pink Floyd Show, Alison Moyet, The Mercians, Classic Rock Show and The Amy Winehouse Band. Shows usually start around 19:00, and tickets have been seen from £36.
