About NX
NX is a venue in Newcastle upon Tyne with 30 shows currently listed, nine of them in the next thirty days, so its calendar is steady and busy. Little is known from the listings alone about the building itself, so the best picture comes from what it books.
Electronic and dance nights sit alongside rock and indie and alternative bills, so a visit could mean anything from a DJ-led night to a guitar-driven gig. Coming up soon are The Dualers, Skin on Skin, Folamour, Dave Pearce, Enzo Siragusa, Azyr, Embrace and East End Dubs, a mix that suggests the room works across club and band shows.
