About The Queen's Hall

The Queen's Hall is a performance venue in Edinburgh's Southside, housed in a building that opened in 1824 as Hope Park Chapel. It reopened as the Queen's Hall in 1979, giving a building that began as a place of worship a second life as a space for live performance. Visitors arrive at a room with a long and layered past.

The programme leans towards rock, pop, and indie and alternative acts. Sixteen shows are listed, with four in the next 30 days. Coming up are Foy Vance, James Blake, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Horse, Electric Six, Barenaked Ladies, Live At Christmas and Jake Bugg. Shows usually start around 19:00.
