About Unipol Arena

Located in Casalecchio di Reno in the Metropolitan City of Bologna, this indoor arena opened in December 1993 and seats 11,000 for basketball and 20,000 for concerts. From 1996 to 2017 it was the home of Virtus Bologna's basketball team, which gave the building a close association with the club. Its wide capacity range means it can host both sporting fixtures and large-scale live shows.
