Brick Lane is a street in London's East End, within the borough of Tower Hamlets, starting at Swanfield Street in Bethnal Green in the north. It crosses Bethnal Green Road before reaching its livelier commercial heart, which runs through Spitalfields. Its southern end meets Whitechapel High Street by way of a short extension called Osborn Street.
