Muse to headline Rock Werchter 2027 on Friday 2 July
The band will take the top slot on the second day of the Belgian festival, with tickets on sale from 10am on Friday 30 October.

Muse have been confirmed as Friday headliners at Rock Werchter 2027, taking the top slot on the second day of the Belgian festival on 2 July. Tickets for the four-day event go on sale at 10am on Friday 30 October, and presale registration is open through the festival's website, according to Dork, which first reported the booking.
What is confirmed so far
Rock Werchter runs from Thursday 1 July to Sunday 4 July 2027 at Festivalpark in Werchter. Tame Impala and SOMBR had already been announced for the closing Sunday, and further names are still to come. Muse are the first confirmed Friday headliner, according to Dork's report.
The booking brings Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard back to a site where, Dork notes, they first performed in 2000.
Part of the campaign for 'The Wow Signal'
The festival slot extends the live campaign behind 'The Wow Signal', Muse's tenth studio album, released in June. Before Werchter, the band are due to play UK and European arena dates in November and December. Los Angeles group Dead Poet Society will join them as direct support.
The UK dates include two nights at Manchester's Co-op Live on 12 and 13 November and two at London's The O2 on 15 and 16 November, as previously announced. The run then continues through Berlin, Milan, Düsseldorf, La Défense, Amsterdam, Montpellier and Zürich, ending on 8 December.
Dork also reports separately that Muse have joined the 2027 line-ups for Germany's Hurricane and Southside festivals. Together with Werchter, that points to a summer of European festival headline appearances next year, although no further dates have been confirmed in the source material.
Dead Poet Society's own dates
Dead Poet Society also have headline dates in early 2027. UK and Irish shows include Electric Bristol on 28 January, Digital in Newcastle upon Tyne on 29 January, The Academy in Dublin on 31 January and The Garage in Glasgow on 2 February. They continue with Academy 2 in Manchester on 3 February, O2 Institute Birmingham on 4 February and Electric Ballroom in Camden on 6 February, before the tour moves across Europe.
Further Rock Werchter 2027 acts have yet to be announced, and ticketing details are available through the festival's website.
