Garth Brooks halts Kansas City ticket sales, blaming bot activity
Brooks stopped the sale for his November 7 show at T-Mobile Center after just over 30 minutes. No replacement sale date has been announced.

Garth Brooks stopped ticket sales for his November 7 concert at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City after just over 30 minutes, blaming heavy bot activity. Digital Music News reported on October 27, 2026 that the decision came over the weekend. It left fans disappointed and unsure of the show's status.
No date has been given for a replacement sale. Digital Music News also reports that there is no word on whether the show will go ahead with only part of its tickets sold. The date is still listed on the T-Mobile Center website.
How the sale unfolded
The November 7 date is the third Kansas City show on the Blame It All On My Roots Tour. Brooks announced it on October 21 on his personal website, citing growing demand. Tickets went on sale through AXS at 10 a.m. Central. A shutdown notice from his team appeared around 10:35, and Brooks followed with a personal message at 10:49.
In it, he apologized and wrote: "The bot situation is out of hand." According to Digital Music News, he said the problem has been "progressively getting worse on this tour" and thanked fans for their efforts to get tickets.
A second halted sale on the tour
The Kansas City stoppage is not the first on the run. Digital Music News reports that Brooks also pulled ticket sales for his October 11 show at Delta Center in Salt Lake City after only 30 minutes, again citing bots. Those tickets were sold through SeatGeek.
Brooks told Salt Lake City customers that the show would go on as scheduled and that their tickets were valid. Digital Music News suggests the same approach will probably apply in Kansas City. No such statement from Brooks about the November 7 date has been reported.
Seattle next
After Kansas City, the tour is due in Seattle. Climate Pledge Arena lists four performances from Thursday, November 12, through Sunday, November 15. The Thursday show was added on October 23, after Brooks announced that "over 30,000 real people" were in line for tickets.
